NU-04 · Whole-body, not just the spine
Advice that reaches past the adjusting table.
Nutritional recommendations and tips to help you balance your body's hormones and overcome resistance to weight loss — folded into your care when it helps.
- No charge
- For wellness members
- Hormones
- One of the two named targets
- In-plan
- Part of your care, not an add-on
A spine does not live alone in the body. When what you eat is working against your care, the care works harder than it should — so Liberty offers nutritional recommendations as part of the conversation rather than as a separate product to be sold to you.
The clinic names two targets in its own copy: helping you balance your body's hormones, and overcoming resistance to weight loss. For wellness members, their site is direct about the cost: nutritional counseling is provided at no additional charge.
This is guidance from your chiropractor, offered inside a care plan. It is not a prescription, and it is not a substitute for advice from your physician.
In Liberty’s own words
“Nutritional recommendations and tips to help you balance your body's hormones and overcome resistance to weight loss. (Note – Nutritional counseling is also a service that is provided for wellness members at no additional charge!)”

A conversation, never a sales pitch.
The nutrition talk happens inside your care plan, and the way in is a visit request: pick whatever hour suits your life and the clinic will settle on a time with you.
