That’s my banner line, and we run on it. You get one doctor. I see every visit and perform every adjustment myself, and when you join, I take on your case “treating you like a member of my own family.” My words. No associates, no rotation: just me, and you.

That is the first line on my About page: me opening my own bio by refusing to make it a bio. Everything below is mine, word for word.
From the very first visit to our clinic, we will sit down knee to knee and you will be given a chance to explain your desire for care and outline what you would like to accomplish in our time together.

The cash practice, explained
No insurance middleman.
We do not bill insurance, third parties, or government programs, by choice. That means no outside company approving or denying what your spine needs, and no surprise statement six weeks later. You and I decide the plan together, and you pay a simple rate at the time of your visit.

One day old, the night of a blizzard

Performance & recovery
The athlete's doctor is an athlete.
I train and race at the Ironman distance. That is why I can hear an injury described in training terms: mileage, blocks, taper, race week, and answer in the same language. I also speak on athletic enhancement to teams and groups.
Knowing that Dr. Ross has completed an Ironman triathlon made it easy for me as an athlete to explain my injury. He was really able to understand my training program and get me back running again quickly!
